Four Star is always looking for a few more good men and women to serve the security needs of its customers.

Most of our sites require unarmed officers. Generally, only our vehicle patrol officers are allowed to wear firearms. However, we believe all of our officers ought to be trained in self-defense and chemcial spray (for which we provide instruction periodically), and we encourage officers to acquire their baton certificates.

We pay competitive wages that are based on the site assignment, geographic area, and specific role of the officer. There are opportunities for advancement and good sites are available. Officers are eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Our sites are located throughout the Inland Empire and San Diego County. We have Day, Swing and Graveyard shifts available.

A current California "guard card" is required. Under certain circumstances, we will provide the initial 32 hours of training beyond the basic powers of arrest training (8 hours) for those who received their guard cards on or after 7-1-04. Persons who received their guard cards on or after 7-1-04 must have 40 hours of initial training and at least 8 hours before they can stand post. We will require proof of training from the prior employer or training facility.  .
