Four Star Private Patrol, Inc.

Four Star was founded in 1989 and it was organized as a California corporation in 1996. The company focuses on the Southern California market and provides a wide range of security services with highly-trained and licensed security officers. Four Star provides foot patrol and vehicle patrol services to commercial, residential, and government entities. Four Star's stock is wholly owned by Michael E. Berumen, Chairman and CEO, who is fully licensed by the State of California as a private patrol operator and as a qualified manager.

Michael Berumen received his B.A., summa cum laude, from California State University, Hayward,and was graduated from the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He has a military background in security and nearly 30 years of business and management experience with Pacific Life, one of the country's largest financial companies, where he was a senior officer for a national business unit. Among other things, he founded Pacific Risk Management Services, a unit of Pacific Life, and one of the nation's premier excess-risk underwriters. He also has testified as an expert witness before the United States Congress on health insurance matters, appeared on various television broadcasts, and spoken to numerous businesses, academic, and community groups on a variety of topics, including ethics in business. Mr. Berumen is the author of published articles and of the critically acclaimed book, Do No Evil: Ethics with Applications to Economic Theory and Business, which is available from www.barnesandnoble.com and www.amazon.com. Mr. Berumen is involved with several community, academic, and business organizations, and he is a prior director of CALSAGA (www.calsaga.org), California's largest trade association for security businesses. Mr. Berumen also owns cogito services, a multi-service company unrelated to security.

Linda Giroux is President and Chief Operating Officer. She received her B.A. from San Diego State University. Ms. Giroux has been with Four Star for over six years and is responsible for operational, administrative and financial functions. Prior to joining Four Star, she served in various marketing and administrative capacities.

Sgt. Everado Franco is responsible for customer relations and field operations, with all field personnel reporting to him. Lt Franco has had many years of experience in security, including as a principal of a PPO operation. His wealth of practical, hands-on knowledge and business background ensures that we are able to to exceed customer expectations.

Eva Salcido-Gonzalez is Senior Dispatch Officer. She has an extensive background in dispatch operations and experience with one of the nation's major casino and resort properties. Ms. Gonzalez is responsible for ensuring we are second to none in procedures and practices related to responding to officer and client emergencies.

Four Star has a full staff of skilled field supervisors and patrol drivers, and all of our standing sites are routinely checked by them and monitored on GPS with our tracking system at our Temecula headquarters. We use a para-military ranking system, including security officer, corporal, sergeant, and lieutenant.
