After a careful inspection of your site and consultation with one of our senior security consultants, we will develop Post Orders that outline exactly what is required of our officers.

Standing or Foot Patrol Security Services

We provide uniformed security officers for patrolling specific sites for as little as 8 to as much as 24 hours, with shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours. On occasion, we will provide security for shifts of 6 hours for regularly scheduled jobs or for special events. Our officers are capable of a wide variety of security tasks, but the typical foot patrol officer is requried to do random patrols, inspecting all possible entrances and exits, providing a visible deterrence to would-be criminals or trespassers. Our officers are also often charged with controlling access to sites (e.g., inspecting identification).

Vehicle Patrol Services

Our vehicles are clearly marked and have professional light systems to provide a visible deterrent. Many of our patrol officers are trained in chemical, baton, and firearms, and all are trained in CPR and first aid. Our vehicle patrols consist of random or scheduled (within a reasonable time frame) stops for thorough inspections of the property and, as required, lock-ups or un-locks. One of our units is always nearby, and we will respond to an emergency upon notifying our 24-hour dispatch operation.

Dispatch Operations

Four Star's dispatch operation is available for assistance in the event of an emergency or in order to determine whether public emergency serivices are required. All of our officers are equipped with communication devices in order to contact dispatch at any time for back-up. Our offices never close, so we are available to respond to emergencies at any time, depending on the kind of contract we have with a client. Most of our officers are monitored via GPS-tracking associated with their cell phones. Our dispatch operation can visually see our officers' whereabouts on a real-time basis, which enables us to make sure they are actively guarding their post,  whether they are assigned to a standing site or on vehicle patrol.

Prices

• While our prices are very competitive, we do not aim to provide the lowest cost, but the best value for our clients.
• Our standing officer prices are charged on an hourly basis and depend upon the nature of the services provided.
• Our vehicle patrol prices are expressed as a flat, monthly fee and based on the number of stops at a property and the kind of services provided at a stop (e.g., walk-through inspection, lock-up, unlock, etc.).
